What Parents Are Saying

“This class provided amazing opportunities for learners to not only gain a deeper knowledge of WWII but to become better people through a wide variety of learning experiences. The mix of meaningful literary works and movies combined with the discussions, projects, and other learning activities made for a memorable learning experience. It is so hard to put into words what an amazing learning journey these two classes have been for my learner. These classes are the kind that feed the soul and leave an indelible mark on someone's life.”

“My daughter LOVES this book club! She looked forward to attending it and discussing what she had read! If your child is a reluctant reader, I would recommend this book club because Ms. Tauber makes the class very engaging and inspires students to WANT to read!” ~ Lana S.

“This was our first outschool experience as well as our first baking/cake decorating class. My 11 year old son loved this class and can't wait to take more Mrs. Tauber. He said repeatedly how much he likes the way she taught and explained things. I often followed along with him and would have to agree. She gave a lot of good tips and explained everything very well. She is also very positive and encouraging. She replies in a timely manner to both class posts and private messages. She is able to give constructive feedback while also focusing on the positives. She answered my sons questions and helped him troubleshoot. I am very glad we chose this class and will definitely sign up for more with the same teacher in the future!”

“My daughter absolutely loves this book club and this wonderful teacher. Ms. Meagan is the kind of teacher who will be influencing my daughter for years to come, who she will remember as an important influence in her life. I highly recommend this beautiful book club and fabulous teacher.”

“Meagan is such a wonderful, inclusive, positive presence in her learner’s lives. My child is in their 3rd round of this class, and gets excited for every new session. The class itself does a great job of exposing young learners to books and other media they might not otherwise choose to explore, as well as teaching the relevant history surrounding the context of each novel. It does so in an engaging and thoughtful manner, keeping learners interested and giving everyone a chance to share their own thoughts and opinions freely in a supportive environment. I highly recommend this class!”
